An experienced litigation and dispute resolution solicitor, Matthew has a strong focus on private wealth disputes, including contentious trust and probate matters.
Qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2017, Matthew has built his career across both City and regional law firms, giving him a broad, commercial focus when advising clients.
Originally qualifying into corporate law, Matthew moved into litigation shortly after qualification and has since developed extensive experience acting for a wide range of clients, from PLCs and SMEs to private individuals.
He regularly advises on sensitive and high‑value disputes, including matters with cross‑border elements. Matthew specialises in private wealth disputes, including contentious trust and probate matters, specifically in the following areas:
