Megan is an Associate in the Residential Property team.
Experienced in the sale and purchase of residential property, she supports a range of clients including private individuals, first time buyers, limited companies, high-net-worth individuals and investors with large property portfolios.
Megan specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of both unregistered and registered land, new build purchases, probate sales, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Recent examples of how Megan has supported clients include:
- liaising with a client about Multiple Dwelling Relief (MDR) on a high value property transaction which involved a separate annex; and
- supporting first time buyers through the minefield of purchasing their first house, so that they can buy with confidence; and
- working to strict timescales set by developers on new builds to ensure that reservation fees aren’t lost.
