Michelle is a Senior Associate in the Employment team.
Based in Birmingham, Michelle has experience of advising a broad range of clients on a wide range of employment and HR related issues. Michelle’s work includes acting as a trusted adviser to guide clients through large-scale redundancy programmes, advising on TUPE transfers, providing strategic advice to support clients with commercial settlements, advising on complex disciplinary and grievance matters and supporting with Employment Tribunal claims.
Michelle works in collaboration with her clients to identify their objectives and appetite for risk, and delivers tailored, commercially sound solutions.
Michelle also has extensive experience of delivering bespoke training on a wide range of topics, as well as providing updates on employment law changes, including on the Employment Rights Act 2025, and providing guidance on best practice.
