Milena has expertise in commercial matters on a local, national and international basis, including sale, supply, agency, distribution, supply chain, services and consultancy, agreements, partnerships, collaboration arrangements alliances, franchising and management, concessions and outsourcing arrangements (logistics, facilities management, manufacturing, catering, etc), development agreements, IT agreements, data protection and procurement solutions.
She has worked with clients of all sizes from small businesses to large global organisations. Having previously worked in-house, Milena understands the need to balance the legals with the commercials and therefore can offer pragmatic advice and help with getting stakeholders onboard and navigate any more challenging situations.
