Natascha is a Senior Associate in the Wills & Estates team.
She has a wide range of experience in the private client sector, including estate administration, inheritance tax planning and the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Natascha’s expertise includes working with executers and trustees in high value taxable estates, advising on the suitability of discretionary will trusts, providing guidance on estate planning, and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Clients include high net worth individuals, business owners, attorneys, executors and trustees.
Natascha is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and fully STEP qualified, reflecting a commitment to excellence in the sector.
Previous work includes:
- Administering a high value estate with a mixture of individual and charity beneficiaries and mitigating the capital gains tax burden on the estate.
- Putting in place discretionary will trusts for a couple for asset protection and flexibility.
- Working with an institutional client to provide bespoke process maps, aiding them with debt recovery from deceased estates.
- Providing advice in relation to the construction of a Will for professional executors.
- Rectifying a situation whereby a family would have received adverse inheritance tax charges on their estates.
