Ollie is a Chartered Town Planner (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute). He has worked on a wide range of projects on behalf of clients, offering professional advice on the best way to progress their development proposals through the planning system, acting on their behalf to progress their plans, as well as providing key support for large and complex development projects.
Ollie's professional advice is the product of thorough due diligence and a detailed appreciation of the up-to-date national policy context as well as the relevant local development framework and legal case law. Working collaboratively with clients to understand their requirements, Ollie provides advice and services to clients from pre-application assessment, certificate of lawfulness applications and advice to managing and delivering planning applications and appeals for housebuilders, landowners and private individuals. Using excellent project management skills Ollie's aim is to make his client's experience of the planning system as hassle-free as possible while maximising the chances of achieving successful outcomes.
