Owen is a Partner in the Family team.
Owen is a family law specialist with 30 years of experience in advising on all related matters including divorce, the division of matrimonial finances, cohabitee disputes, private law children disputes, domestic violence injunctions and high net worth pre and post nuptial agreements. He began his career dealing with Legal Aid cases, including complex children cases and has since developed experience acting for clients in a variety of cases, including Section 37 injunctions to freeze assets. He also has experience acting for clients in the Family and High Court in relation to financial disputes and children disputes about contact, where the children live, removal from the jurisdiction of the Court of England and Wales, and relocation.
Owen is a Collaborative Lawyer, conducting cases in a more holistic and conciliatory manner using the Resolution Collaborative Law route by way of four-way meetings. Clients value his straightforward approach and constructive advice.
Owen is a member of both the Law Society and Resolution.
