Rachael is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team.
With extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of residential property. Rachael focuses on good communication and providing a friendly/proactive service to clients to ensure they feel supported and less stressed by the process.
Rachael specialises in dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential property, including newbuilds, unregistered titles, probate and power of attorney sales; properties purchased through the government’s Help To Buy Scheme, both locally and on a national level.
Her clients range from first time buyers, to high net worth individuals and investors/companies with extensive residential property portfolios. Rachael receives a lot of her work through recommendations from clients and estate agents and repeat business from satisfied clients.
Recent examples of how Rachael has supported clients include:
- Supporting a company client to successfully purchase 20+ residential properties within a 4 week deadline to achieve their year end targets;
- Identifying a defective title and suggesting alternative practical routes to enable the client to make an informed choice, with options to proceed;
- Assisting clients selling their properties when going through divorce proceedings and providing that extra level of sensitivity; and
- Assisting a high net worth client in purchasing a multi-million pound property and liaising with Agricultural lawyer to co-ordinate the re-financing of their extensive estates to fund the purchase.
