Sara is a Senior Associate in the Landed Estates team.
Bringing over three decades of experience, Sara’s career began with the Church of England, where she worked as a secretary before transitioning into the legal profession. Her deep expertise includes handling unregistered properties, preparing title documentation for Land Registry submissions, and advising on restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining Knights, Sara spent over a decade at SAS Daniels, where she specialised in residential conveyancing. Her work included transactions involving freehold and leasehold properties, shared ownership leases, and new-build purchases.
