Sarah’s expertise spans the clearance, registration, enforcement and commercialisation of IP rights. She regularly handles opposition, cancellation, infringement and anti-counterfeiting matters, and provides strategic advice on a multitude of commercial agreements, including co-existence, influencer, sponsorship, licensing, assignment and settlement agreements. Her wider practice also covers data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

She acts for clients in the sports, entertainment, fashion, luxury goods, retail, hospitality and leisure industries. Sarah offers practical, commercially focused advice, both from a legal and a business perspective, supporting her clients’ business growth and innovation.
