Sean Logue is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
Sean has extensive experience in all key areas of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, landlord and tenant and secured lending.
Sean has specialist knowledge of all elements of commercial and residential development projects including site assembly, pre-let agreements, non-contentious construction documentation, funding arrangements and forward sale documentation.
In addition, Sean has substantial experience of a number of sectors including leisure, business and retails parks and site acquisition and development of multiple sites for the provision of special educational needs.
Sean supports a range of UK clients from individual entrepreneurs, SMEs and private companies.
