Sharon is a New Build Executive in the Residential Property team.
She assists with various aspects of new build transactions, including reviewing and reporting on contracts documents, assisting clients on part exchange matters, and dealing with matters that include Government housing schemes, Forces Help To Buy, ISA & lifetime ISA
Clients include both Individuals and companies with matters ranging from first time buyers and buy to let properties.
Sharon assists both individuals and companies through the purchase and sale of their properties.
Examples of how Sharon has supported clients include:
• Advising on Stamp Duty Land Tax and Co-Ownership;
• Assisting clients with the purchases and sales from pre-completion to post completion stages.
