She has over 30 years’ experience in residential property and has been fee earning for the past 20 years.
Sharon specialises in residential property and has experience in property matters such as sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property, refinancing, transfer of equity, auction sales and purchases, right to buy transactions and first registrations.
Clients include first time buyers, investors, high net worth individuals and small local business owners, providing a bespoke service tailored to each client’s needs. Sharon also has first-hand experience in property development and renovation.
Recent examples of how Sharon has supported her clients include:
- recently exchanged on a purchase within 10 days of receipt of contract pack;
- recently exchanged contracts on a multi-million pound property in London with a tight deadline; and
- assisting a client who purchased a rural unregistered property in the Peak District, however it transpired that part of the garden was wrongly in the ownership of a neighbouring property. The seller’s solicitors initially refuted the claim but realised the assumptions were correct and we worked closely with the seller’s solicitors to rectify the defect and obtain a marketable title for the client.
