Shipla is an Associate in the Corporate team.
She provides advice across a full range of corporate and commercial work including sales and purchases of businesses and companies, company restructuring, financing, share schemes, company law and partnership advice.
Shipla has over 10 years’ experience in providing specialist advice to the healthcare sector, this includes dental, care homes and the pharmacy sector whereby she advises on the NHS regulatory framework and other regulatory approvals for example CQC registration.
Recent examples of how Shipla has supported clients include:
- Selling a NHS and private dental practice based in London, in a deal worth £2.8 million;
- Advising a pharmacy corporation on the purchase of three pharmacies and a refinance of their existing facilities;
- Advising on the sale of a dental practice based in Greater Manchester, in a deal worth £1.8 million;
- Advice on company share schemes and group re-organisation.
