His commercial litigation work spans contractual claims, breach of warranty and indemnity disputes, shareholder and partnership fall‑outs, professional negligence and matters involving guarantees/sureties and other business‑critical arrangements.
In his trusts and estates practice, Simon acts in breach of trust disputes, applications for the removal of trustees or executors, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims and contested Wills. He has particular experience in matters involving family‑owned businesses, succession issues and the interplay between trusts and corporate structures.
