- Acted for a large private company who were subject to multiple defamatory posts on social media and slanderous statements from an ex-employee and successfully secured undertakings and an apology from the ex-employee of the business.
- Secured undertakings from a company who were infringing the intellectual property rights of a large client company and successfully managed to remove all references to the client’s trademark and owned copyright from the offenders online platform.
