- Providing litigation support to a competition law claim, seeking to ensure the continued function of a vital infrastructural component of the UK transport sector.
- Advising a national transportation client on its ongoing expansion strategy and ensuring its ongoing compliance with the provisions of the Competition Act 1988.
- Advising a franchisee and helping to secure a settlement in defence of a multi-million-pound franchise dispute, involving allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation.
