Tracy is a Partner in the Commercial team
With over three decades of experience, Tracy has built an impressive career advising on complex commercial matters. Having spent much of her professional life in-house at FTSE 100 businesses, she transitioned into private practice in 2018. Tracy trained and qualified at Severn Trent Water Limited, where she spent 17 years, before moving to National Grid Plc for a decade and then joining Weightmans in 2018.
Her expertise spans commercial contracts across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, energy and utilities, education, transport and logistics, retail fashion and beauty, and the public sector. She has a particular speciality in Energy & Utilities, covering electricity, gas (including LNG), water, and waste. Tracy advises on industry contracts and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and delivering strategic solutions for clients operating in highly regulated environments.
