Victoria is a solicitor in the Employment team.

She advises a wide range of public and private sector clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Victoria has a strong background in employment litigation and regularly defends claims in the Employment Tribunal, including those involving discrimination, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing. She also provides day-to-day support on issues such as sickness absence, grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

Her experience includes handling subject access requests, reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, and advising on and negotiating settlement agreements.
