Will supports clients on all aspects of commercial and intellectual property law. Will provides commercial and pragmatic advice, tailored to each clients’ particular concerns and appetite for risk, often acting as an extension of in-house legal teams. This includes advising clients on commercial contracts, including contracts for the supply of goods and services, terms and conditions, software as a service agreements, IT agreements, confidentiality agreements, logistics agreements framework agreements, agency agreements, consumer law, intellectual property licences or assignments, and advice relating copyright, trade marks, designs and patents.
Will also supports clients on various data protection law matters, such as policy drafting, drafting and negotiating data protection contracts and clauses, as well as creation and delivery of bespoke data protection training programmes.
