Mark Reeves, Partner at Knights, said:

I am excited to start my new role at Knights. It is a business which thinks and acts differently to other law firms, which I find refreshing. Its investment in the region is clear to see and I look forward to joining and contributing towards its growth.”

Mark’s arrival builds on Knights’ significant growth in the North East, with colleagues in Newcastle and Teesside working as part of a team of more than 1,000 professionals across 23 locations nationwide.

Since the business arrived in Newcastle upon Tyne in June 2023, 8 people have joined the team in Newcastle – including Partners Jon Gould, Matthew Miller, Luke Philpott and Neil Warwick OBE

In March, Knights moved to Newcastle’s newest city centre office at Bank House – a space that offers a platform for further growth and gives clients even better access to the comprehensive range of expertise Knights has to offer as the largest regional legal and professional services business in the UK.

Lisa Shacklock, Client Services Director at Knights, said:

“It’s so encouraging that someone of Mark’s calibre wants to join our team. He’s talented, keen to learn and already has great connections across the North East and beyond. All of that will make him a great fit in our growing team and we can’t wait for him to get started.”
