Knights, the UK’s regional legal and professional services business, has strengthened its team in Colchester with the appointment of Julie Hoy as a Partner in Real Estate.
A residential development specialist, Julie brings more than 20 years of experience and knowledge of the South East property market to Knights’ office in Colchester.
With a particular focus on strategic land projects and promotion, Julie regularly works alongside national housebuilders, developers and registered providers to successfully deliver large-scale housing projects. She also has significant experience in land acquisition, disposals, development and planning.
Julie’s expertise also spans across biodiversity net gain projects, renewable energy and infrastructure schemes, as well as providing premium legal advice on urban extensions, regeneration schemes and residential led mixed use developments.
Julie’s arrival comes soon after Knights arrived in Essex through the acquisition of Birkett Long in June, providing a permanent regional presence in Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon.
