A specialist dental team at Knights worked on deals worth a combined £117.8 million in the first half of 2025.

Led out of Knights’ Bristol and Stoke offices and supported by colleagues across the business’ 32 locations nationwide, the team has provided premium legal advice involving 186 dental practices across England and Wales since the turn of the year.

With a growing reputation for advising dental practices, the Knights team – made up of 13 dedicated corporate and real estate lawyers specialising in the dental sector - worked on in excess of 120 transactions for practices across the UK during Q1 and Q2 of 2025. Of those, the team has advised on 86 purchases and sales of dental practices, 30 exclusive property deals and provided legal advice on numerous restructurings, disputes, regulatory issues and procurement matters.

Notable recent transactions include advising the owner of a renowned large practice in Suffolk on its sale and delivering the transaction within 10 weeks - saving the client thousands of pounds by completion prior to the change of tax rules on April 6th.

The growth of the business’ offering to the dental sector is underpinned by strong financial performance nationwide in the 2025 financial year, with revenues for the year anticipated to be up 8% to £162 million.
