A team at Knights has advised Swedish WTR Group on its acquisition of an established UK pump solutions specialist.

WTR, a leading supplier of technical products, services and solutions for the Northern European water and wastewater transportation sector, today announced the acquisition of Hydromarque Group Ltd.

Peterborough-based Hydromarque, founded in 1987, is the exclusive UK distributor for Gorman-Rupp and Cornell pumps – building a market-leading reputation for complete pumping solutions across wastewater, clean water, food processing and other industrial applications.

A team of specialist Corporate advisors at Knights in Birmingham, led by Partner Gareth Burge and supported by Senior Associate, Joe Rollins and Partner, Amy Osbourn helped secure the deal.
