Cardiff-based building maintenance specialists Cardo Group has acquired Faskin Group, a well-established roofing business based in Paisley, Scotland.

The deal brings Faskin Group’s highly skilled local workforce into Cardo Group and adds further local roofing expertise for Cardo’s clients nationally.

Founded in 2010 by Frank and Karen O’Hara, Faskin Group has grown into one of Scotland’s most trusted names in roofing. Their team joins Cardo Group, a leading provider of high-quality building maintenance and retrofit services for social housing and public sector buildings.

With headquarters in Cardiff, Wales, Cardo Group has offices across England and South Wales and boasts a team of more than 950 skilled operatives and specialists.

A team of specialist corporate advisors at regional legal and professional services business, Knights, advised Cardo Group on their acquisition of Faskin Group. The Knights team was led by Corporate Partner, Stewart Knights, and supported by Emma Borrington and Elizabeth Hill in Corporate, Sarah Luxmoore in Employment and Krystal Gibbins in Real Estate.

Faskin Group were advised in the transaction by Glasgow-based law firm Macdonald Henderson.
