Knights has successfully advised on a management buy-out (MBO) of L-RES UK, a Sheffield-based industrial cleaning and safety specialist, supporting the transition of ownership from the company’s original co-founders to its existing leadership team.
Founded in 2012, L-RES UK has grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial cleaning services, with specialist expertise in rope access and confined space safety. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering technically complex services across sectors including manufacturing, energy, and heavy industry, with a focus on high-risk environments requiring specialist safety expertise.
The management buy-out marks an important milestone for the company, ensuring continuity of leadership while positioning L-RES UK for its next phase of growth.
