A specialist dental team at Knights is reflecting on a year of growth having worked on deals worth a combined £160 million in the second half of 2025 – a £43 million increase on the six months prior.

Led out of Knights’ Bristol and Stoke offices and supported by the business’ nationwide team of experts, the dedicated dental team provided premium legal advice involving 172 dental practices across England and Wales between 1 July 2025 and 31 December 2025.

The significant jump from a combined deal value of £117 million in the first half of 2025 to £160 million in the second half represents a period of rapid growth for Knights within the dental sector.

With an established reputation for advising dental practices, the Knights team – made up of 12 dedicated corporate and real estate lawyers specialising in advising healthcare providers and professionals - worked on almost 120 transactions for practices across the UK during Q3 and Q4 of 2025. Of those, the team advised on 70 purchases and sales of dental practices, 19 exclusive property deals and provided legal advice on numerous restructurings, disputes, regulatory issues and procurement matters.

The growth of the business’ offering to the dental sector is underpinned by strong financial performance nationwide in the current financial year so far, with revenues for the six months to October 2025 up by 30% to £103.2m.

Bristol-based Corporate Partner, Alexander Hall, said:

“We’re delighted to have finished 2025 in a strong position having built on a solid first six months with a big jump in the deal value worked on by the team over slightly fewer transactions, representing the high quality of legal advice offered to our clients.

We’re giving dental practices across the UK access to the best lawyers in the country, right on their doorstep. As we grow nationally, we are becoming the business that people turn to for professional services everywhere.

The rapid growth in new instructions that we are seeing is testament to the hard work of our team. With a healthy pipeline of new transactions coming in, 2026 has begun with great momentum and we’re looking forward to continuing to offer a premium legal advisory service to our clients, new and existing, within the dental sector during the upcoming year and beyond.”

Mark Soboljew, a Corporate Partner based in Stoke, added:

“It has been fantastic to see our team excel over the last 12 months, working collaboratively in our unique One Team culture to ensure our clients receive the very best legal advice for all their business and personal needs.

2026 has started in a similar vein, with lots of energy and a desire to strengthen our position as the trusted provider of legal and professional services to the dental sector.”
