The UK's largest regional legal and professional services business, Knights, has confirmed plans to relocate to the heart of Nottingham's commercial district marking a significant step in its long-term commitment to the city.
The business will move from its current base on Electric Avenue to a new Grade A home at Waterfront House, strengthening its presence in Nottingham and giving clients easier access to its nationwide network of more than 300 property experts and wider team of 1,500 professionals across the UK.
The new Nottingham office features an open-plan working environment, with capacity for more than 80 professionals, and a premium Client Suite on the 8th floor of the city's highest-quality office building. The space has been purposefully designed to bring colleagues and clients together in an elevated setting that supports collaboration, relationship-building and high-quality service delivery which includes a dedicated entertaining and event space to host client legal updates, thought-leadership briefings and wider business networking. This will include sessions delivered by Knights' extensive group of property, employment, and tax specialists, strengthening business engagement across the East Midlands.
Following rapid regional growth in recent year, the new Nottingham office will support closer ties with professionals in neighbouring cities providing clients with local, regional and national support with the top local legal talent working within a premium, modern and people-first environment.
Regional Client Services Director, Jessica Neyt, said:
"This move marks a major investment in Nottingham and reflects our commitment to growing our presence in the city. Being at the heart of the business community brings us closer to clients and gives us the ideal platform to deepen relationships, attract top talent and continue delivery exceptional professional services across the East Midlands."
Building work is underway, with Knights set to move to Waterfront House in June 2026.
Chief Experience Officer, Jo Beech, said:
"Relocating into the city centre allows us to create a brand-new, thoughtfully designed workspace for colleagues and clients reflecting the premium experience we want every colleague and guest to feel.
Through careful curation of our interiors and a consistent design palette across all locations, we support wellbeing, efficiency and a strong sense of belonging. Whether collaborating in person or working across locations, our office environments bring people together as One Team, helping us deliver exceptional work and build lasting relationships."
