Knights' Real Estate team has completed their latest deal by supporting one of the UK's leading industrial developers on the purchase of a 2.8 acre site in Crewe.

Total Developments will redevelop the former For Farmers manufacturing and warehousing facility on Crewe Gates Industrial Estate into a 54,000 sq ft industrial scheme.

The deal was led by Matthew Robinson and Tonina Mycock who also advised Total Developments on their redevelopment of the 170,000 sq ft Apollo Park in 2019.

Matthew Robinson welcomed the news and commented: It’s exciting for Knights to continue to support a dynamic developer in what continues to be a strong market, despite the general economic uncertainty and we hope to maintain that support on future transactions."

Jonathon Beeson, Director at Total Developments, added: “We acquired this third site in Crewe building on the success of the 55,000 sq ft Orion Park and 170,000 sq ft Apollo Park, both of which we acquired, built, let and sold.”
