Knights’ Asset Management team has assisted Bam Boom Cloud Limited in securing its new 6,500 sq ft offices in Derby.

The result of the management buy-out of Cooper Parry IT (CPIT), Bam Boom Cloud, SMB’s with Microsoft’s cloud technology, employs 100 people across its operations in the UK, US, Canada, India and Ireland. The business has further ambitions for growth in Germany and the UAE.

Bam Boom Cloud will re-locate from Castle Donnington into a three storey Grade 2 listed building in Derby’s historic Wardwick.

Vicky Critchley, CEO at Bam Boom Cloud, comments: “Knights has been instrumental in securing the five-year lease on our new premises and we are excited about what the future holds. We have ambitions to treble in size over the next three years and this move marks our commitment to making that happen ensuring we have capacity for increases in staff”.

Brett Critchley, Executive Chairman at Bam Boom Cloud, comments: “Securing the new premises has been fundamental in us being able to provide our team with the best of all worlds.  Our intention is to be forward-thinking in our approach providing an office environment conducive to creativity, building in a restaurant, bar, chill-out zones and pool tables. But also enabling people to work from home when they wish to avoid traffic or need space to think.”

Helen Pearson, Associate, Knights commented: “The new premises represent the next stage in Bam Boom Cloud’s journey and we’re delighted to have continued to support them. It has been a truly collaborative process working closely with all parties to ensure that the property will be ready for occupation this summer.

The success of the project is a result of the team working of Bam Boom Cloud, Knights plc, Derby City Council and Staton Young.
