Abigail is a Senior Associate in the Asset Management team.
She deals with a varied portfolio of property matters for both businesses and private clients. Her day-to-day work includes advising clients on the sale and purchase, with expertise in initial land acquisition, site set-up (including infrastructure agreements) and drafting of sale pack, She also deals with leasing and charging of both freehold and leasehold property specialising in acquisitions and disposals with an emphasis on office, industrial, transportation and warehousing.
Abigail’s experience also includes all aspects of landlord and tenant work, including the preparation and negotiation of short and long term commercial leases, renewals, licensing, ancillary requisite deeds, portfolio management and development work and has acted on transactions concerning the housing, education, energy and industrial sector.
She is also proficient in corporate transactions finance, assisting on the property aspects of both share and asset purchase transactions, as well as acting for lenders on small and large scale refinances including full due diligence and reporting to requested timescales.
Her clients include private companies, SMEs, individuals, commercial landlords, property developers, investors and lenders.
Examples of how Abigail has supported clients include:
- Supporting estate refinances to a value of over £1 million;
- Assisting with the management and documentation (leases, licences, ancillary deeds) for a large estate owner;
- Dealing with the acquisition, leasing and implementation of licensing for warehousing, storage and transportation purposes over various sites across the country.
