Adam is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
He has experience in advising on various areas of commercial property transactions.
In particular, Adam’s expertise includes negotiating short-term and long-term leases, renewals, assignments, underlets, sale and purchase contracts, management agreements and asset management. Notable sectors that Adam has experience of operating in include office space, retail and healthcare. Adam also acts on behalf of site providers in transactional telecoms matters, often working alongside litigious colleagues to support compliance with the Electronic Communications Code.
Additionally, Adam supports with the property aspects of refinance and general banking work. Other experience includes assisting on development work (including student accommodation and prime grade logistics real estate), promotion agreements and working alongside Property Litigation on contentious lease renewals.
Examples of Adam’s clients include commercial landlords and tenants, private companies, individuals, a housing association and a public open space management company.
