With extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance work including acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs, restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate matters, Andrew provides all-round corporate support to his clients.
Andrew acts predominately for owner managed businesses across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, leisure, transport and automotive.
