Ariella is a Partner in the Business Parks team.

Working with property owners and investors, she focuses on commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on the acquisition, development, management and disposal of large-scale business parks.  Ariella deals with landlord and tenant matters, including the grant of new leases, the assignment, surrender and termination of existing leases, licences for change of use and to carry out alterations and pre-let lease arrangements on new build sites.

In addition, Ariella also undertakes property due diligence when a company is bought, sold or restructured and has worked on a number of corporate refinancing projects.

The majority of her clients are institutional landlords and include leading British based property investment and development company MEPC plc, and established property company Bicester Motion which owns a 444-acre site in Oxfordshire, home to mobility businesses past, present and future to help pioneer a sustainable mobility future.

Recent examples of how Ariella has supported clients include:

  • Preparing a legal pack and precedents for MEPC’s latest 258,000 sq ft speculative development at Silverstone Park, which involved close collaboration with construction colleagues due to a variation of the building contract.
  • Securing tenants for MEPC’s new 7.6 acre globally recognised science and technology hub at Milton Park in Oxfordshire.
  • Leading on the new Innovation Quarter development at Bicester and securing a pre-let to YASA, the wholly owned Mercedes-Benz subsidiary electric motor specialist, for its new UK Headquarters.
  • Securing an agreement with Skyports Infrastrucure to develop the UK’s first vertiport testbed at Bicester Motion.
