Beatrice is a Partner in the Residential Property team.
Primarily dealing with sales, purchases, financing and property transfers for private clients, investors and companies based in the UK and internationally. Beatrice specialises in freehold and leasehold property transactions, financing, transfer of equity and transactional lease extensions.
Clients include; first time buyers to high net worth individuals and start up investors to those with large property portfolios.
Recent examples of how Beatrice has supported clients include:
- dealing with a high volume of cases supporting a variety of clients to enable completion prior to the June 2021 Stamp Duty relief deadline;
- working for a charity acquiring properties to provide accommodation to support local communities; and
- achieving an exchange of contracts within a deadline of 2 weeks from the issue of contract papers for a property within St George’s Hill, Weybridge.
