He is a dual-qualified Solicitor and has experience working with landlords and tenants across various sectors including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing.
Ben deals with a broad range of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions of industrial units, acquisition and development of brownfield sites, secured lending, and working with Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) or Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSASs).
