Charlotte is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
With over 14 year’s experience in commercial property, her work includes assisting clients with large scale portfolio acquisitions refinancing and funding, sales and acquisitions of commercial premises, and providing corporate support where real estate portfolios form part of the transaction.
She has a specialist knowledge of the growing healthcare sector gained through working closely with GPs, funders and care home operators. Charlotte advises on the property elements of healthcare acquisitions and sales as well as supporting on financing.
In addition, she has valuable insight into the waste and renewables sector including a prior secondment with FCC Environment.
Charlotte supports a variety of clients including those with large investment portfolios, banks, care home operators and GP surgeries. Her clients include Harworth Group plc and HSBC Bank plc.
Recent examples of how Charlotte has supported clients include:
- dealing with the real estate aspects of the refinance of a portfolio of care homes to provide a £26m facility;
- sale and leaseback of GP practice premises for £11,750,000;
- sale and leaseback of GP practice premises for £5,055,000 (£155,000 per annum rent); and
- lease of GP surgery for an initial rent of £312,000 per annum.
