Charlotte has over 20 year’s experience working throughout the Thames Valley, Oxfordshire, The Cotswolds, and London and predominantly works with high-net-worth individuals.
She has close working relationships with estate agents, developers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, accountants and financial advisers which allows Charlotte to advise her clients thoroughly on the whole process effectively.
Charlotte enjoys visiting the properties that she is working on as this gives an invaluable insight, which she has found incredibly beneficial to the conveyancing process.
Charlotte specialises in broad range of residential property including sales, purchasers, freeholds, leaseholds, transfers of equity, equity release, new build properties and re-financing. Charlotte also advises on restrictive covenants, easements and restrictions, deeds of variation , defective title issues, sales of part and unregistered land.
