He is a leader in the field of off-plan new build residential real estate, having over 30 years of experience acting for international investors and individuals.
Doug spearheads our international division, regularly travelling to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia to advise and represent individuals and corporate entities. He is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, The Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and admitted (non-practising) on the roll of Legal Practitioners in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the Territory of the Virgin Islands.
He has advised many investors who have bought residential apartments, primarily in high-profile central London, Manchester and Birmingham developments, such as Television Centre, Highbury Football Stadium, No 1 Blackfriars, White City Living and Snow Hill Wharf.
