Emma is a Partner in the Real Estate Team.
Specialising in the sale, acquisition or re-financing (including bridging finance) of commercial premises. She undertakes lease work, in particular for science park and commercial/industrial estate landlord clients.
Emma also represents clients in the sale/acquisition of agricultural and strategic land, with experience of transactions involving overage, conditional contracts and option/promotion agreements, to develop sites for residential/commercial use or renewables.
