Emma is an Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
She is experienced in a wide range of commercial property transactions including property acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, asset management for property investors, pension and property investment funds, and lease negotiation for both landlord and tenant clients. She also regularly provides property input and advice on corporate sales and acquisitions.
Emma’s clients include private companies, PLCs, individuals and professional trustees.
