With over 24 years’ experience in practice, Emma has a wealth of expertise in all legal aspects of Real Estate. She advises individuals and businesses across a diverse range of industries and sectors, providing legal advice on matters relating to commercial leases, the acquisition and disposal of freehold commercial property, commercial lending and the property aspects of business sales and purchases.
Emma supports clients with ranging values of transactions including freehold sales and acquisitions ranging from £250k - £4m, Mortgages up to £4m and negotiating leases with annual rents up to £250k. Clients property development businesses across a variety of sectors, include estate agency, energy, hospitality and construction.
Recent examples of how Emma has supported clients includes:
- Supporting Bayford & Co with their real estate work across Old Mill Business Park and Bowcliffe Hall, as well as remortgaging requirements of their portfolio of properties;
- Providing remortgaging and unit sale support to William Birch & Sons and William Birch Holdings limited; and
- Advising a leading provider of financial and estate agency services on general estate management matters including lease renewals, assignments and subleases.
