Fiona supports both employees and employers on a range of employment and HR issues, including drafting and updating contracts of employment, creating or amending policies and procedures, supporting clients with commercial settlements including drafting, negotiating and advising on Settlement Agreements. Also, supporting with the handling of grievances, disciplinary matters, redundancy processes and supporting employers with a range of day-to-day employment law and HR queries.

Fiona also has experience in employment tribunal matters, including supporting claimants with their claims for constructive unfair dismissal, sexual harassment and whistleblowing.
