Gillian is a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Knights.
She is a chartered accountant who qualified with KPMG and has held a number of senior financial positions in both listed and private equity backed international companies, including Zeneca plc, Avecia Limited and Georgia Pacific.
Gillian spent 11 years as Group Finance Director of FTSE listed 4imprint Group plc, during which time the group was extensively restructured and delivered significant growth. Most recently, Gillian was CFO of AIM listed, Harwood Wealth Management Group until its sale to Private Equity. Gillian is also an NED and Chair of the Audit Committee at Ten Lifestyle Group plc.
