Hollie is an Associate in the Asset Management team.
She advises SME property investors, banks, funds and developers on the purchase, sale and lettings of all forms of commercial and industrial property assets up to a value of £5 million.
For property developers, Hollie assists with the purchase of land for development. For property investors, Hollie provides advice on a wide variety of commercial property acquisitions, disposals and lettings as well as supporting clients with their ongoing portfolio management.
In addition to supporting landlord and tenant clients across a number of sectors including retail, not-for-profit and hospitality, Hollie also deals with refinances and advising banks on secured lending.
Recent examples of how Hollie has supported clients include:
- dealing with an investment purchase of seven commercial units on a small industrial estate for £1million;
- working on multiple transactions involving a single industrial piece of land including a surrender, leases and disposal of parts; and
- supporting a developer with the financing of a multi-million pound residential development.
