Jennifer is an Associate in the Family team.
Jennifer advises on a wide range of private family law including divorce, civil partnerships and separation, financial matters on relationship breakdown, property disputes between cohabitees and child arrangements. She has a particular interest in resolving financial matters on relationship breakdown.
Jennifer is pragmatic in her approach and always has a client’s best interests firmly in mind in seeking a satisfactory outcome.
Jennifer graduated with a first class law degree and is a member of Resolution, a national organisation whose aim is to resolve family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way.
Examples of how Jennifer has supported clients include:
- advised and negotiated financial settlements on relationship breakdown both in and out of court proceedings
- advised cohabitees on relationship breakdown on their property entitlements
- advised an intervenor on an application by a wife to set aside a property transfer from a husband to his mother (the intervenor)
- advised a father in relation to the internal relocation of his children by their mother and on child arrangements
