Jo is an Associate in the Private Client team.
With over 46 years’ experience, she supports private individuals guiding them through the process of securing their future.
She specialises in all matters relating to wills including the administration of probate. This includes engaging with the client and supporting them through the process of drafting their will to ensure that their wishes are incorporated and dependants provided for.
When supporting clients through probate, she deals with all elements of administration of the estate, from either the grant of probate or letters of administration, through to dealing with any inheritance tax and taking the estate to finalisation.
Over the years Jo has dealt with many varied estates and seen them to a satisfactory conclusion.
In addition, Jo drafts lasting powers of attorney through to registration with the Office of the Public Guardian ensuring that those appointed are individuals that they want and trust to see through their requirements. She also deals with capacity determination upon its implementation.
