Joanne is a Solicitor in the Employment team.

Joanne has experience working with a wide range of clients including regulated and non-regulated business and senior management, providing advice on full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

She has a particular specialism in disciplinary and grievance procedures, sexual harassment complaints, equal pay and national minimum wage compliance and has experience in assisting with ET claims, settlement agreement advice and exit negotiations, redundancy and reorganisations.

Joanne regularly provides bespoke training and formulating and presenting a bite-size webinar programme for clients and contacts.
