Joseph is a Solicitor in the Immigration Team.
He qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023 but has specialised in immigration law since 2016. He has experience of advising both businesses and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters.
This includes advising and supporting business clients on the sponsorship system, right to work checks, immigration audits and assistance with work related visa applications.
Joseph also advises and supports individuals on applications for permission to enter and remain in the UK under a range of different visa categories as well as applications for indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship.
