She is experienced in supporting public and private sector clients in a wide range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, option agreements, leases and licences.
Julia provides pragmatic advice to landlords, tenants and landowners to help them make informed decisions about their property matters based on an understanding of their businesses and objectives.
She also has experience in mitigation schemes connected to planning and developments, in particular nitrate mitigation.
